Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods.

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days (if applicable)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volume periods.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any applicable offers will be clearly displayed on our website.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Pet Pantry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim.


Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
